Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using Bakooda (the "Service") provided by 에이오알비 (aorb) (the "Company"), and the rights and duties of the Company and users.

2. The Service

The Service converts Hangul (HWP, HWPX), PDF and Word (DOCX) documents into other formats inside the user's browser. Files you open are never sent to or stored on the Company's servers.

3. Accounts

You can sign up with Google, Kakao, Naver or LINE, or with email. Logging in with a social account for the first time creates an account and constitutes agreement to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Fees and billing

Free users can download 3 converted files and save 1 edited document a day. Basic members (₩2,900/month) get 10 of each a day, and Unlimited members (₩5,900/month) have no daily limit. The Unlimited plan has a fair-use ceiling of 300 of each a day to keep the Service stable. Paid plans renew automatically every month from the day the card is registered.

5. Cancellation

Members can cancel at any time from My account. After cancellation no further charges are made, and the Service remains available until the end of the paid period.

6. Prohibited use

Accounts may not be shared or sold, and usage limits may not be bypassed with automated tools. The Company may restrict use that breaks these rules.

7. Limitation of liability

Because document formats differ, converted results may not match the original exactly. The Company does not guarantee identical results; check important documents before use.

8. Disputes

Send questions to 준비 중. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and handled by the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.
