Privacy Policy

에이오알비 (aorb) (the "Company") protects users' personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and sets out this policy.

1. What we collect and why

• Sign-up and login: email, name (nickname), social account ID, hashed password — to identify you and keep you logged in
• Payments: billing customer number, card issuer and last 4 digits, payment history — for subscriptions, refunds and disputes (the full card number stays with Toss Payments)
• Usage: daily conversion counts, a browser cookie ID, a daily-rotating hash of your IP address, your chosen language — to count free conversions and prevent abuse

We do not collect the documents you convert or their contents. Conversion happens only on your device.

2. Retention

Data is deleted without delay when you close your account, except contract and payment records (kept 5 years) and complaint and dispute records (kept 3 years) as required by Korean e-commerce law. Usage counts are deleted after 90 days.

3. Processors and international transfer

• Toss Payments Co., Ltd.: payment processing
• Cloudflare, Inc.: servers and database (United States and other regions)
• Resend, Inc.: verification and password emails (United States)
• Google LLC: ads for free users, visitor statistics

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your language and count free conversions. You can block cookies in your browser, but login and some features will not work. Google ad cookies may be used for free users.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing your data at any time by emailing 준비 중.
